I don’t know if we really can speak about innovation because it’s not changing the acts of wudu. It’s just regulating the water that’s used.
I’am going to see what the Belgian muslims are thinking about this.

If it saves water its a good thing. Prophet (S) taught us to not be wasteful (esp of water). Secondly this is like an advanced sink, thats all it is. I am not so sold on the anti-bacterial part.. nano-tech ? This ain’t spiderman, lol.
Too much to go wrong. As usual our wealthier brethren will imagine themselves becoming more technologically advanced when in reality they are just becoming even more dependant. There are many ways of saving water if the intention is there to do so. Try doing wudu from a container no larger than a child’s sand bucket. Or just open the tap only as much as necessary for only as long as necessary.
